  2. I have been doing a lot of research myself on this topic of whole foods and even the use of them to lower anxiety and help the body to better deal with panic. I gues the best medicine really is food. This is a great post… :)

According to what I’ve read, many common ailments that are associated to the GI system, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Constipation, Bloating and Gas, etc. can be totally eradicated simply by combining foods appropriately. Very interesting information.

  10. Good one. Of course you’re absolutely right. I drank some black tea containing acai a few days ago. I wonder just how much (or how little!) acai I actually drank. It is important not to carried away by every fad.
